Payment and Refund Rules

1. What is sold
Digital goods for use inside the Game (diamonds, summon scrolls, battle speed-ups, ad removal, packs, the 30-day «Tsar's Treasury», progress boosts). They are not e-money and cannot be exchanged for real money or sold to other players. Prices are in Russian rubles.

«Tsar's Treasury» lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. Progress boosts last the stated time from crediting («Clan Banner» — until the current circle ends, cannot be bought again while active; «Royal Pantry» — forever, once); buying a timed boost again extends it up to the limit shown in the Game. Boosts cannot be gifted.
2. Payment
Payments are made on the secure page of the YooKassa payment service (card, SBP and other methods shown there). We never receive or store your card number.
3. Delivery
Items are credited to your game account automatically, usually within a minute after a successful payment (or arrive in the in-game mail). From that moment the digital goods count as delivered.
4. Refunds
A refund is possible if the money was charged but the item was not credited due to our technical error, for a double charge, or where required by law. Spent items are not refundable. Write to support@druzhina-game.ru within 14 days with the date, amount, payment method and your player ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the decision.
5. Minors
The Game is for players aged 16+. Minors may only purchase with the consent of their parents or guardians.
6. Receipt
A tax receipt is issued via the «Мой налог» service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
