Privacy Policy of the Game “Druzhina”

This Policy describes what data the mobile game “Druzhina” (hereinafter, the “Game”) collects, why that data is needed, and how it is handled. Data controller: self-employed individual (professional income tax payer) Alexander Valerievich Danilov, Taxpayer ID (INN) 500507015255, email: support@druzhina-game.ru.
1. What Data We Collect

We do not request or collect your first name and last name, phone number, contacts, geolocation, photos, or access to your camera and microphone. Providing an email is optional — the Game works fully without it.
2. Advertising
The Game contains optional advertising that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Such advertising is displayed by the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK (Yandex LLC). The SDK may process your device's advertising identifier, device information and IP address in accordance with Yandex's rules: yandex.ru/legal/confidential. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your Android settings.
3. Purchases
Payments are processed by the YooKassa payment service on its own secure page. The Game does not receive or store bank card data. We only receive payment details (order number, amount, status and the item bought) to credit the purchase to your account. See the Payment and Refund Rules.
4. Storage and Transfer
Data is stored and processed on servers located in the Russian Federation (Moscow), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Data is kept for as long as your game account exists; database backups are kept for no more than 14 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Server access is protected and connections to the Game and the website are encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell data and do not transfer it to third parties, except the services described above (Yandex for ads, YooKassa for payments), the email service used to send messages, and cases required by Russian law.
5. Your Rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or request the deletion of your account and associated data by writing to support@druzhina-game.ru and specifying your player ID (Settings → Profile) or player name. We will reply and delete the data within 30 days (except payment records we must keep by law). A linked email can be unlinked in the Game settings.
6. Children
The Game is intended for persons over 16 years of age.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The new version is published on this page with its effective date indicated.
