Terms of Use of the Game “Druzhina”

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you (the “Player”) and self-employed individual (professional income tax payer) Alexander Valerievich Danilov, Taxpayer ID (INN) 500507015255 (hereinafter, “we” or “us”), governing the use of the mobile game “Druzhina: Epic Battle” (hereinafter, the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Game.

1. Who May Play

The Game is intended for persons over 16 years of age.

2. The Game Is Free

The Game is free to play. The Game contains optional purchases and optional advertising that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

Gold, diamonds, summoning scrolls, heroes, items and other in-game valuables are part of the Game. You receive the right to use them within the Game, but you do not own them. They have no monetary value and may not be exchanged for money or sold outside the Game.

Paid packs (diamonds, summon scrolls, speed-ups and others) are digital goods. Payment, prices, when the service counts as delivered and refunds are described in the Payment and Refund Rules, which form part of this agreement. Payments are processed by YooKassa; if the Game is installed from an app store and the purchase goes through its billing, that store's rules apply as well.

4. Fair Play

You may not: use cheats, bots, modified versions of the Game, bugs or vulnerabilities (exploits); interfere with the operation of the server; sell accounts or in-game valuables; or choose offensive names.

In the event of violations, we may revoke unfairly obtained rewards, restrict access to the Game, or block the account. If you find a bug, please report it to us: support@druzhina-game.ru.

5. The Game Is Provided “As Is”

The Game is provided “as is”. We strive to keep it running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee this. We may change the Game (balance, rewards, content) and suspend its operation for maintenance. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device or network failures or by deletion of the Game, except in cases provided for by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. If you continue to play after the changes, you are deemed to have accepted them.
